You may call in your refills orders from Thursday through
Wednesday, listen to the recording and follow the directions.

If you have a yellow card, just say you have a yellow
card.

MEDICATION RECEIVED VIA THE YELLOW CARD CANNOT BE REORDERED
THROUGH OUR PHARMACY. CALL YOUR DRUG PROGRAM ADVOCATE
